Step 1

The first thing to do if you want to work for Just Better Care is to take a look around our website. Here you can find out more about our services and most importantly, the way we provide them. A good place to start is our website for our customers www.justbettercare.com.

Step 2

Within Just Better Care there are many rewarding roles that require different skills and abilities. Read about the range of job roles to see what interests you.

Step 3

At the bottom of every job role page, click on the link that takes you to the job description for the role you are interested in. The job descriptions give you a clear idea about what to expect on a day to day basis. Decide if this is the type of role you are looking for.

The job description sets out the skills, knowledge and experience you will need to carry out each job role. We use these specifications to select suitable applicants. Consider whether you have the right skills, values and aptitude for the role you are interested in.

Once you have reviewed the job roles section you should check out the FAQ section of this website to learn answers to some of the common questions candidates ask us.

Step 4

Decide which areas you would like to work in and your availability, then get in touch with the local Just Better Care office. All recruitment is carried out locally so you need to speak to the office where you wish to work. The local office will be able to talk to you about their vacancies and will answer any questions you may have about working for Just Better Care.

Step 5

Fill in an application form. You can obtain this here and this will be emailed to your local Just Better Care office. 

Step 6

The local office will review the application form and invite successful applicants to an interview at the Just Better Care office. During the interview you will have an opportunity to ask further questions and gain a better understanding of the role you are applying for.

We thoroughly screen all of our potential staff. You will be working in a position of trust where honesty and integrity are essential. We will ensure you have a current criminal record check before you start work for Just Better Care.

Step 7

Successful applicants will receive thorough induction training so they have the skills and knowledge to carry out their job role.
